Engage in sales calls to parent's company data (product training will be given). 2. Follow up on sales calls on alternate days and clarify the parent's queries. 3. Attend to WhatsApp queries of parents/students (should know how to read, write, and communicate in Tamil). 4. Explain by phone about the assessment books/workshop/coaching classes/courses available and suggest buying suitable to them for all primary and secondary subjects. 5. Engage in all activities related to inhouse sales, perform sales calls to convert the leads to sales (extra commission conversion through phone calls). 6. Stay incharge of student registration and all related activity (training provided). 7. Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects. 8. Collect and analyze information, and streamline data to do product promotion. 9. Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required. Who can apply: 1. Candidates with a diploma/degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a BPO telemarking job (experience in telesales is a must). 2.
