Seeking SaaS Sales Specialist with 4-5 years of AI/ML experience in B2B SaaS. Work remotely and drive sales growth in a dynamic industry. Key Responsibilities: - Sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. - Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities. - Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our SaaS products. - Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations and present the value proposition to prospective clients. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Qualifications : - 4 to 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on chatbot and AI/ML technologies. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar industry. - Strong experience in B2B sales is required. - Deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non- technical audiences. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying connected with the team. - Based in Chennai with the ability to work remotely. - Experience:Minimum of 4 years in front- end development, with at least 2 years specializing in Gen AI chatbot development. - Technical Expertise:Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Vue.js. Experience with Node.js is a plus. - Chatbot Frameworks: Hands- on experience with chatbot development frameworks and platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar. - UI/UX Focus: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with the ability to create visually appealing and user- friendly interfaces. - Integration Skills: Experience in integrating chatbots with various APIs, databases, and third- party applications. - Problem- Solving: Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Communication:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non - technical stakeholders.
