Emergency room is service is so so so poor and the nurses and extremely worst, waited for more than 1 hour standing there and not even one nurse responded. If the beds were not free then i could understand but bed is free.

They should be more friendly. I know due to work load they may become rude. But that's not the excuse they have job to do they are assigned to be patient friendly. Hope they become more friendly
