Commercial Performance & Growth Own the commercial performance of client accounts, including budget management, forecasting, and profitability tracking. Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, clearly communicating added value to clients. Support new business acquisition through strategy input, proposal writing, and pitch participation. 4. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and inspire SEO, Ads, and creative team members to achieve high performance and deliver quality output.
