The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales process, including identifying prospects, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, securing new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, with a track record of successful deals Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Knowledge of the real estate market, especially in Delhi NCR Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field Experience with luxury and commercial property sales is a plus Show more Show less
