About Us We are a leading company in the wastewater treatment industry, dedicated to providing high-quality engineering solutions to clients. We're looking for a Operations Specialist to support our business operations and helping us run business processes smoothly. About the Role As the Operations Specialist at Wock Oliver, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing key aspects of procurement, production oversight, logistics, and finance. Your role will involve optimizing workflows, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and supporting various teams by implementing efficient processes that maintain quality and consistency across all operations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors for materials, equipment, and services. Maintain a vendor database, track Purchase Orders (POs), and audit performance quarterly. Oversee client invoicing, track receivables, and ensure timely payments. Work with finance on vendor bills, salaries, and expenses. Ensure compliance and generate weekly financial reports. Monitor production schedules, materials usage, and KPIs for wastewater equipment. Perform audits to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement technical designs for wastewater systems. Maintain quality assurance checklists and oversee inspections. Coordinate logistics for shipping, manage delivery schedules, and ensure timely, cost-efficient deliveries to clients and project sites. Ensure compliance with audits and internal reporting, maintaining all relevant project documentation. Contribute to automation, process optimization, and dashboard creation to enhance overall business performance. What We’re Looking For 2-4 years of experience in operations, procurement, or related fields, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or wastewater sectors. Experience in procurement, vendor management, and process improvement is a must. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and data analysis; ERP system knowledge is a plus. Zoho CRM experience is preferred Strong ability to analyze metrics and optimize workflows for operational efficiency. Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships. Experience maintaining documentation and handling complex projects across departments. Knowledge of basic HR functions (payroll, compliance) and engineering design principles in wastewater treatment systems is preferred.
