Talking about BACR, had a great experience in WNS. The process is easy, good infrastructure but there are some TL's which are too rude and lacks manner (Chetan and Durgesh). They mostly use Hindi while communicating and has a rowdy tone whereas TL Vishal was excellent in handling his team and maintaining discipline on floor.
