Poor management. Awful accountability. No concept of customer service. They are good at taking fees but cant take care of simple things like getting an id for a student who paid fees. Their fee refund policy is equally bad basically “we will only take but wont return”.

Fraud company..after 2 months my kid lost interest in continuing there classes. I mailed them to stop all transactions and they response that it’s against their company policy and time limit to stop the sections is over. For the last eight month the fee is deducting from my account. Worst experience
