Roles & Responsibilities Student Support Provide one-on-one counselling sessions for students facing behavioural, emotional, or social challenges. Develop behaviour intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs. Support students in developing coping strategies, conflict resolution skills, and positive behaviours. Classroom & School Engagement Observe classroom behaviours and provide strategies to teachers for effective management. Conduct group counselling sessions and workshops on topics such as stress management, peer relationships, bullying, and emotional well-being. Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment. Parent & Teacher Collaboration Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates and guidance on students’ behavioural progress.
