Position: Tax Filing Telecaller Department: US Tax Services / Operations Location: Onsite Timing: 9pm to 6am IST Employment Type: Full-time / Seasonal / Commission Based Role Overview: We are hiring energetic Telecallers to support US Tax Filing campaigns. The role involves assisting clients with tax documentation, promoting filing services (ITIN, Individual & Business Taxes), and ensuring excellent customer experience. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome! Key Responsibilities: Make outbound and attend inbound calls to individuals and businesses regarding US tax filing services. Clearly explain service offerings: ITIN processing, 1040 filing, W2/1099 assistance, and refund support. Collect client information and update CRM systems accurately. Follow up for missing documents and coordinate with Tax Consultants. Convert leads into paid tax filing customers by maintaining a strong sales funnel. Achieve targets and maintain quality communication standards. Seniors will additionally: Guide junior telecallers during call handling. Support escalations and help in achieving team goals.
