Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to advise students based on their financial goals. Manage CRM data, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups. Assist in front desk operations such as greeting visitors, addressing walk-ins, and coordinating demo sessions. Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to improve conversion rates. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Represent Wise Bucks professionally during events, seminars, and workshops.
