This company is an absolute disaster. Their manager support is nonexistent, and utterly useless. Here life of employees is abysmal. Zero work balance. Here you can get feel working for NGO as their salary is less than a food stall.

I always believe that no company is bad. Its just how the management team works. In terms of salary I can its good can be better, in terms of infrastructure and tools its up to the mark, however I have seen few managers only think about their own career and don't give their hand to the team members. Rest its okay okay.

Lot of great processes are there, work wise it's one of the best companies. But the management is really really worst. Also they do not provide process knowledge till one year. So your growth aspects are hampered in this way to a larger extent. Employees are tremendous and it's a family kind of atmosphere.
