As a Supplier Quality Engineer, your role will involve leading supplier qualification, audits, and performance monitoring processes. You will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis using methodologies like 8D, FMEA, and 5 Why, and implementing corrective and preventive actions for non-conforming materials. Key Responsibilities: - Lead supplier qualification, audits, and performance monitoring processes - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conforming materials - Ensure supplier adherence to quality management systems and customer-specific requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and provide technical guidance on engineering drawings and manufacturing processes - Maintain accurate supplier quality documentation and records, and report on key performance indicators Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in a quality engineering or supplier quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment - Strong technical understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T principles, and manufacturing processes - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Please note that the candidates for this role should be based in Bengaluru and hold a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
