As a Windows Citrix Admin-L2, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Ensuring timely installation of patches through SCCM for Windows Servers and updates to maintain system security and compliance. - Providing hardware support and coordinating with vendors for hardware-related issues. - Troubleshooting Windows OS-related issues. - Performing system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes. - Expertise in Citrix operations and troubleshooting is essential for this role. Qualifications required for this position: - BE/BTech/BCA/MCA or an equivalent degree Certifications: - MCSA certification is preferred, but not compulsory.,
