Role & responsibilities Sales & Business Development for UPVC windows, aluminium doors, aluminium windows, faades, partitions, glass solutions, and building material products . Generate new leads through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers, consultants, and government tenders . Build and maintain relationships with construction companies, real estate developers, project managers, and procurement teams . Meet decision-makers for corporate, commercial, residential, and institutional projects . Conduct product demos, presentations, and sampling for clients. Identify & participate in tenders, RFQs, and institutional sales opportunities . Submit quotations, BOQs, and proposals ; follow up for closures. Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets . Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new projects in the assigned territory. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 2-8 years in building material sales / construction material sales / architectural products sales / UPVC doors & windows sales / aluminium doors & windows sales / faade & glazing sales . Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma in Civil / Architecture / Interior Design preferred. Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills. Must have an existing network with architects, builders, contractors, or government clients . Should be comfortable with field visits, site meetings, and travelling within territory . Freshers with excellent communication & sales aptitude will also be considered.
