Windchill Support Experince - 5-12 Years Job location - Pune, Mumbai, HYD, Chennai & Bangalore Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect business requirements, analyze them, and develop high-level, effective solutions that meet business goals. Resolve user issues L1,L2,L3 and provide technical assistance related to Windchill. Administer, modify, and maintain the Windchill system and related software. Manage user access and permissions. Identify and fix system issues to ensure smooth operation. Handle system configurations and updates. Maintain documentation for system processes and user guides.
