Identify and track relevant tenders on government portals such as GeM, CPP, and PSU websites. Prepare and compile tender documents, technical bids, and financial bids as per tender requirements. Coordinate with technical and finance teams to gather required data, certifications, and supporting documents. Ensure timely submission of tenders, both online and offline, and maintain complete records of each bid. Liaise with banks for issuance, extension, and return of Earnest Money Deposits (EMD) and Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG) . Maintain a tender tracker for submission status, results, BG renewals, and warranty-period expiries. Follow up with clients, departments, and banks for tender clarifications, award notifications, and guarantee releases. Prepare and maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
