Identify and engage potential customers in Pithampur through direct outreach, referrals, and local networking. Explain features, benefits, and eligibility of credit card and instant loan products clearly and convincingly. Assist customers through form completion, KYC procedures, and application submission—either physically or via mobile/digital platforms. Maintain records of daily sales activities, customer interactions, and application statuses. Meet or exceed the monthly sales target of 20 activated cards/loans. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Liaise with internal teams (product, credit, operations) to facilitate timely approvals and disbursals. Comply fully with company policies and regulatory standards throughout the sales process.
