Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Visa Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international immigration laws, visa regulations, and country-specific requirements. This role involves providing end-to-end counseling and personalized support to clients throughout the visa application process. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on visa options, document requirements, application procedures, and timelines. Assess client eligibility for various visa categories (study, work, visitor, permanent residency, etc.). Guide clients in compiling and reviewing required documents for completeness and accuracy. Keep current with immigration laws, visa updates, and regulatory changes across multiple countries. Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration offices to resolve issues and respond to queries. Ensure strict compliance with visa application procedures and legal requirements. Offer strategic solutions to overcome challenges such as application rejections or documentation gaps. Track and communicate application progress to clients at every stage. Build strong client relationships through professional advice and reliable support. Requirements: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in immigration consulting or visa counseling. In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and immigration processes for major destinations (e.g., Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Punjabi/Hindi an advantage). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple applications. Familiarity with online visa application portals and embassy procedures. Client-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., International Relations, Law, Business). Certification or formal training in immigration consultancy is a plus.
