Attend training programs provided by the organization and adhere to our company's rules and regulations. Here are some of the requirements we're looking for in a successful candidate: At least 4 years of experience working in a ZOHO admin or service role, ideally as a ZOHO Service Associate. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc. Ability to communicate effectively with clients from different backgrounds and personalities. Excellent phone, email, and team etiquette skills, including active listening, email, and clear communication. Proficiency in the American English language. Familiarity with MS Office Tools for communication, reporting, and analysis. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
