The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research. They will also be responsible for identifying potential customers, making sales presentations, and following up with leads to close sales. The role requires coordinating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and being proactive in customer engagement activities. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound leads via calls/WhatsApp; qualify, schedule showroom/field demos & test drives. Explain vehicle history, pricing, finance/insurance options, exchange offers; negotiate and close sales . Coordinate inspections, detailing, photos/videos; update listings/CRM. Assist with RC transfer, insurance, loan documentation, payment collection, and delivery. Maintain daily reports: calls, visits, test drives, closures and revenue. Requirements Freshers welcome ; 0–3 years in sales (auto/finance/retail/telesales a plus). Comfortable with smartphone apps, WhatsApp and basic Excel/CRM. Two-wheeler license (Required); four-wheeler license (Preferred). Strong communication & customer empathy; Malayalam (preferred) + basic English/Hindi.
