When I applied for my Honda Activa loan first they said interest rate is 9% then they signed all documents later they are saying interest rate is 12.5% then I ask them to close this loan even they said I have to paid loan amount+interest+preclosure charges which is equivalent to more than one year EMI amount, fraud
