We are looking for a Product Demo Specialist who can clearly and confidently demonstrate our product – Lead Accounting Plus – to prospective customers. You’ll work closely with the sales team to understand customer pain points, showcase how our product solves them, and assist in closing deals. Key Responsibilities Conduct live demos of Lead Accounting Plus for potential customers (in person or over video call). Communicate product value in fluent Hindi; explain features in a simple, relatable way. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor demos accordingly. Address customer queries and objections with clarity and confidence. Follow up with leads post-demo to assist in closing the sale. Provide product feedback based on customer interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications Fluent in Hindi (must); comfortable communicating technical concepts clearly. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to understand and explain software products confidently. Experience in customer support, sales, or product demos is a plus. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Background in accounting or any ERP software. Prior experience giving product demos or working in SaaS/ERP domain. Knowledge of typical business operations in retail, distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
