We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive who is fluent in Hindi and English, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing leads for our ERP software, while coordinating seamlessly with our demo and implementation teams. Key Responsibilities: Find and qualify potential leads through various channels (online, offline, referrals). Follow up on leads provided by the company and nurture them toward closure. Explain product features and benefits to prospective clients in Hindi and English. Coordinate product demos with the internal team and ensure client attendance. Work closely with the implementation team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on lead status. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Proficiency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand software products and explain them to non-technical users. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Prior experience in B2B software sales is a plus.
