We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and presentable Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Along with front office management, the role will involve supporting the sales team in Mutual Fund sales and assisting with KYC formalities . Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner. Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and redirect them appropriately. Maintain visitor records and manage front-desk operations. Assist in client onboarding processes, including KYC documentation and verification . Provide basic information to clients regarding Mutual Fund products and generate leads for the sales team. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for client follow-ups. Maintain and update client records and files. Ensure a welcoming and organized reception area. Qualifications & Skills Required Graduate in any discipline (freshers are welcome). Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling). Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and customer service orientation. Educate customers about SIPs, investment options, and financial planning. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account activation and transaction processing.
