To strengthen our operations team, we are looking for a motivated and technically skilled engineer who can production activity ,handle manpower supervision and maintenance activities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day operations related to Mould Maintenance, Tyre curing, and trolley maintenance. Manage manpower allocation, recruitment, attendance, and overall discipline on the shop floor. Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding manpower availability and scheduling. Address and resolve employee grievances to maintain a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with safety standards, process quality, and productivity targets. Maintain operational and manpower records for tracking and reporting. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives across production and maintenance areas. Candidate Profile Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2 to 3 years of experience as Manpower handling Supervisor capacity Some knowledge of Mould Change/Maintenance, Tyre Curing, and mechanical troubleshooting. Familiar with basic computer applications (Excel, Word).
