Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Faridabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, calling to prospective clients to schedule a meeting, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key day-to-day tasks include market research, developing business strategies, pitching services to potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions. Success in this role will contribute to the organization's continued growth and market presence. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in Business Development, Sales, and Client Acquisition Strategic Planning and Market Research skills Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Building abilities Proficiency in Business Analytics and CRM Tools is advantageous Experience in Security Services, Facility Management, or related industries is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, with a Master’s degree as an advantage Proactive mindset and ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
