WellVantage is building an AI-augmented wellness platform, merging gym management with personalised nutrition tracking , delivered through two connected apps — one for gyms, one for their members. We're now looking for a Co-Founder & CTO to join our founding team — someone who thrives on 0→1 product challenges, builds with conviction, and codes with purpose. 🚀 What You'll Own Architect, build, and ship the first full release of WellVantage across web and mobile (target: 3 months to launch) Lead backend (Node.js/Python) and frontend (React/React Native) development Oversee core integrations — OpenAI, Firebase, Google Cloud, payment gateways (Stripe/Razorpay), etc. Design secure, scalable systems with privacy in mind (GDPR-compliant) Set engineering culture, code quality standards, and eventually build out the dev team 🔍 What We're Looking For 7+ years of full-stack experience, ideally in early-stage startups or health/wellness tech Hands-on with JavaScript, React, Node.js or Python , MySQL/Postgres, Firebase Proven ability to ship production-grade apps from scratch — ideally with at least 2 live apps/products Experience designing or scaling multi-tenant systems with high data sensitivity Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML APIs, biometric integrations, or mobile performance optimisation Not afraid to write code, debug bugs, and get scrappy in the early stages 📍 About the Role Location : Noida or Remote (India preferred) Commitment : Fractional initially, with a path to full-time Compensation : Profit participation is negotiable based on contribution and commitment 💬 How to Apply If you're a builder who wants to co-own a wellness platform from the ground up — and you're not afraid of pushing both code and product forward — let's talk. This includes hands-on backend development, while you may choose to outsource the frontend and DevOps tasks to an external agency under your supervision. The initial development phase is expected to take approximately 2–3 months. During this period, compensation—whether in the form of salary or equity—will be milestone-based. Upon successful delivery, the role may transition to a full-time fixed salary arrangement.
