You should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Professional licensure as an Architect is preferred for this role. With a minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural design and project management, you should demonstrate proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Revit, along with other relevant design tools. It is essential to have a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques. Your excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills will be crucial in this position. As a team player, you should be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for creativity, innovation, and sustainable design practices is highly valued in this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and there are performance bonuses and yearly bonuses available.
