Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive capital equipment sales across the waste management, cement, plastic recycling, metal recycling, wood recycling, paper, and waste-to-energy sectors. This is an individual contributor role focused on business development, dealer network creation, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Sell capital equipment solutions to industrial customers across multiple sectors. Generate leads, manage the sales cycle, and close orders independently. Develop and manage dealer/channel partner network across India. Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer requirements. Conduct customer visits, site evaluations, and technical presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders. Requirements 7–8 years of experience in capital equipment/industrial machinery sales. Mechanical Engineering degree preferred. Strong technical understanding and communication skills. Positive attitude, good academic background, and ability to work independently. Willing to travel frequently (min. 15 days/month).
