Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager/Head to lead our sales team in our event company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the events industry. As the Sales Manager/Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate market trends. Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our products/services. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
