The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, converting inquiries into bookings, and representing the brand at both online and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the wedding industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and client servicing. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify potential clients through online research, social media, networking events, and industry contacts. Generate and follow up on leads through inbound and outbound channels (calls, emails, social media, referrals). Approach hotels, venues, and vendors for partnership or collaboration opportunities. 2. Client Communication & Relationship Management Conduct meetings (virtual/in-person) with potential clients to understand their wedding or event requirements. Present company services, packages, and past work creatively to convert leads into confirmed projects. Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams. 3. Sales & Conversion Prepare and share customized proposals and quotations as per client needs. Negotiate terms and close contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business KPIs. 4. Market Research & Brand Promotion Keep track of industry trends, competitor offerings, and destination wedding markets. Promote the company’s brand through participation in exhibitions, social media campaigns, and networking events. Suggest innovative marketing and business strategies to management. 5. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met. Communicate client briefs clearly for smooth project execution. Provide regular updates on sales performance and upcoming leads to management. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in wedding planning, event management, or hospitality industry). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of the wedding/event industry and client expectations. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media outreach.
