Job Title: Human Resource Generalist Location: Signature Tower, Distt Shopping Centre, SCO 93, Ranjit Avenue, B-Block, Near BHK, Amritsar, Punjab – 143001 Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM) About Us: We are a growing IT company providing scalable and modern digital solutions since 2016. We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Amritsar and help us build a strong workforce. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding). Handle employee engagement, attendance, and grievance management. Maintain HR policies, compliance, and documentation. Support payroll process and leave management. Coordinate training & development activities. Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in IT industry). Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR policies, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
