Role Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes to attract top talent. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs. Facilitate performance management reviews and provide coaching to managers. Implement employee retention strategies and engagement initiatives. Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures. Provide support for employee relations issues and conflict resolution. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and staffing levels. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills. Manage payroll administration and benefits administration tasks. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HR best practices. Create a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity and inclusion. Lead organizational development initiatives and change management efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a senior position. Proven experience with HR metrics and analytics. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus. Experience in remote workforce management is preferred. Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment. Strong team player with a positive attitude.
