Role Overview We’re looking for a Freelance Video Editor who can turn ideas into thumb-stopping videos — whether it’s ad creatives, reels, or YouTube shorts . You should understand the rhythm of storytelling, the psychology behind engaging content, and what makes people stop scrolling. Key Responsibilities Edit short-form videos, reels & youtube videos for Meta, YouTube, and Google campaigns. Create engaging video ads optimized for performance and conversions. Add transitions, music, captions, and effects that align with brand tone and message. Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop visual storytelling concepts. Repurpose existing video footage or static creatives into high-performing video ads. Stay updated with trending video formats, editing styles, and AI video tools. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve. Good understanding of video composition, pacing, and sound design. Basic knowledge of AI-based video or image tools (optional but preferred). Ability to create content for different aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) used in ads. Strong attention to detail and creative sense. Must be from Thane, Navi Mumbai, or Mumbai. (Other locations not accepted) Minimum 1 year of freelance or agency experience. Bonus Skills Experience with motion graphics or animation. Familiarity with social media ad formats and marketing funnels. Ability to add voiceovers, subtitles, or sound effects effectively.
