THE CTC AGENCY is inviting applications from skilled and experienced Web Developers / WordPress Developers for an opportunity to work with our partnered companies. We are looking for a technically proficient professional who can design, develop, manage, maintain, and optimize websites while ensuring excellent functionality, performance, security, and user experience.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in website development and maintenance, a strong understanding of WordPress, and the ability to handle website-related requirements independently.

POSITION DETAILS

• Position: Web Developer / WordPress Developer
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) and Work From Home (WFH)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Website Development & Design

• Design, develop, and maintain professional, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
• Create and customize website pages, layouts, landing pages, and web components.
• Ensure compatibility across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Implement website features and functionalities according to business requirements.

2. WordPress Development

• Develop and manage WordPress-based websites.
• Customize WordPress themes, templates, plugins, and page layouts.
• Work with Elementor and other relevant WordPress tools.
• Update website content, pages, images, forms, and other components.
• Identify and resolve WordPress-related technical issues.

3. Website Maintenance & Optimization

• Regularly maintain and update existing websites.
• Troubleshoot errors, broken links, plugin conflicts, and other website issues.
• Optimize website loading speed, performance, and responsiveness.
• Maintain website backups and support recovery when required.
• Implement security updates and follow website maintenance best practices.

4. Hosting & Domain Management

• Assist with website hosting, domain configuration, and DNS management.
• Handle SSL certificate installation, renewals, and troubleshooting.
• Work with hosting control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin.
• Support website migrations, deployments, and server-related troubleshooting as required.

5. Technical Improvements

• Follow SEO-friendly website development practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve website usability and performance.
• Test website functionality before and after updates.
• Coordinate with the internal team to implement technical improvements and new requirements.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in website development or WordPress development.
• Good working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript.
• Familiarity with website hosting, domains, DNS, and SSL.
• Knowledge of cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin is preferred.
• Understanding of website security, backups, and performance optimization.
• Ability to diagnose technical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.

SELECTION PROCESS

Our recruitment process consists of three rounds:

Round 1: Telephonic Interview
An initial discussion to evaluate your experience, technical background, communication skills, and suitability for the position.

Round 2: Technical Assessment Task
A practical assignment designed to assess your website development skills, WordPress knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and approach to real-world technical requirements.

Round 3: HR Interview
The final discussion covering your professional background, salary expectations, availability, work preferences, and other employment-related details.

Candidates who successfully clear all three rounds will proceed to the next steps of the recruitment process.
