About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled, tech-savvy Web Developer, Social Media & Local SEO Specialist to join our growing dental clinic. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a professional who can manage the technical architecture of our digital platforms, handle our social media presence, and drive organic patient footfall. You will be required to work 3 days per week physically at our clinic to coordinate with the medical team, gather content, and understand clinic operations, while the remaining days can be managed remotely.
Website Development & Tech Integrations
- Web Development: Build, maintain, and optimize our clinic website using WordPress and custom HTML/CSS.
- Form Coding & Lead Capture: Code and optimize custom appointment booking forms, ensuring smooth data capture and zero lead leakage.
- Software Integration: Connect and integrate the website with our internal Patient Management Software (PMS) to sync bookings, schedules, and patient data.
- Automation: Implement WhatsApp API integrations for automated patient appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
- App Development (Basic Knowledge): Assist in managing or coordinating basic mobile app functionalities or hybrid web-apps for patient check-ins.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Local Search
- Local SEO (Google Business Profile): Optimize and aggressively manage our Google Business Profile (Maps) to ensure the clinic ranks in the top "Local 3-Pack" for nearby medical queries.
- On-Page & Technical SEO: Handle keyword research, meta tags, schema markup for medical clinics, website speed optimization, and perfect indexing on Google Search Console.
- Off-Page SEO: Execute ethical local link-building, manage local business citations, and directory listings.
Social Media Management (SMM)
- Facebook & Instagram Business Pages: Take complete ownership of our official Meta business suites, including profile optimization, page hygiene, and brand consistency.
- Content Scheduling & Management: Plan, publish, and schedule regular updates, interactive stories, patient testimonials, before-and-after transformations, and clinic awareness posts.
- Engagement: Monitor and promptly respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and patient inquiries on both platforms to drive walk-in consultations.
Work Flexibility & Legal Conditions
- NDA & Non-Compete Agreement: The selected candidate will be required to sign a standard Non-Disclosure (NDA) and Non-Compete Agreement (NCA) upon joining. You will strictly not be allowed to share clinic data or work with any other dental clinic/direct competitor in the Delhi-NCR region.
- Freelance Flexibility: We respect your time. You are permitted to take up outside freelance work or projects for non-competing industries during your remaining days, provided it does not affect your weekly deliverables for our clinic.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience handling technical SEO, live website development, and social media management.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, Meta Business Suite, and API integrations (WhatsApp, CRM/PMS tools).
- Portfolio: Candidates must be able to show live website examples they have built/ranked, along with active social media handles they have managed.
- Communication: Good coordination skills to interact with clinic staff and patients for content gathering during on-site days.
What We Offer
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 – ₹35,000.
- Flexible hybrid work model (3 days clinic, 3 days remote).
