Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Development & Management
- Develop, maintain, and update the company's official website.
- Create responsive and mobile-friendly web pages.
- Add and update rice products, product specifications, images, brochures, certifications, and company information.
- Create product landing pages and pages for international/export markets.
- Maintain website content, menus, banners, forms, and product catalogs.
- Improve website speed, performance, security, and user experience.
- Manage website hosting, domain, SSL, DNS, backups, and basic technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs and errors.
- Ensure the website works properly across desktop, mobile, and major browsers.
- Integrate contact forms, WhatsApp, email, CRM, Google Maps, and other required business tools.
2. SEO & Online Visibility
- Implement on-page and technical SEO.
- Manage keywords, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and image optimization.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Create SEO-friendly product and industry content.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve online visibility.
- Support international SEO for rice export markets.
3. Social Media Management
Manage and maintain the company's official:
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
Responsibilities include:
- Create and publish regular posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.
- Promote rice products, brands, packaging, quality standards, certifications, factory activities, exhibitions, and company achievements.
- Maintain consistent company branding across all social media platforms.
- Schedule posts and manage the social media content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Respond to basic inquiries and forward business leads to the sales/export team.
- Track followers, reach, engagement, website traffic, and leads.
- Support Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Use LinkedIn to promote B2B business opportunities and connect with importers, distributors, wholesalers, and international buyers.
4. Content & Creative Work
- Prepare website and social media content.
- Create basic graphics, banners, product creatives, and promotional materials.
- Edit basic images and videos for social media.
- Use tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Figma, CapCut, or similar software.
- Coordinate with management and sales teams to collect product information and promotional material.
- Maintain a professional visual identity for the company online.
5. Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
- Generate business inquiries through the website and social media.
- Develop landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Promote products to domestic and international markets.
- Support digital campaigns targeting rice importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Track website and social-media-generated inquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales/export team for follow-up on online leads.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
