Summary: As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, ensuring they remain current and engaging for users. Collaboration with different teams to align project goals and deliverables is also a key part of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of web applications ensuring high quality and performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective web solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth within the project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong experience in developing and maintaining web applications using Python frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies to collaborate effectively with UI/UX teams.
• Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing web applications for performance and security.
• Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
