Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Fresher to join our vibrant team. As a core part of our agency, you will assist in the execution of client campaigns, learn the fundamentals of digital marketing, and contribute creative ideas to drive brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Support content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to improve search rankings Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other dashboard tools Engage with audiences on social media, respond to comments/messages, and monitor digital reputation Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, search algorithm changes, and industry best practices Coordinate with team members for timely project delivery Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets Creativity and willingness to learn new skills quickly Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field Preferred: Internship or project experience in digital marketing is a plus Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) will be an added advantage Why Join Web Catalyst?
