Candidates having understanding of the real estate market are preferred, freshers with a zeal to learn real estate are also welcome. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to support our clients' property needs. Responsibilities: Conducting site visits and property viewings with potential clients. Presenting projects to clients, detailing features, benefits, and investment potential. Handling and overcoming client objections to move the sales process forward. Executing all sales-related tasks , including lead generation, follow-ups, and negotiation. Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
