We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team, who can combine technical knowledge with strong sales and client-handling skills. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions Promote company maintenance services and technical offerings Generate new business leads and maintain relationships with existing clients Attend client meetings, site visits, and surveys as required Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle negotiations Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely follow-ups Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution of work Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a relevant field Experience in sales or technical sales (maintenance/service industry preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of maintenance services, projects, and BOQs Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting Willingness to work in the field and interact with clients Why Join We4U Maintenance Pvt.
