Job Title: Account Executive Mid-Market & Enterprise Location: Mumbai | Bangalore | Gurgaon Department: Sales Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC) Experience Required: 3-8 Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Were looking for high-performing Account Executives who are passionate about hunting new business and building revenue from the ground up. If you thrive on chasing new logos, breaking into enterprise accounts, and operating with autonomy, this role is for you. This is a pure-hunting, new business acquisition role no renewals, no farming, and no distractions. Your primary focus will be on acquiring net-new logos in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segment . Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end sales cycle for net-new business in mid-market and enterprise accounts. Identify, prospect, and close new opportunities through a mix of outbound strategies and warm leads. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors) Understand client pain points and present tailored SaaS/HR Tech solutions. Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless buying experience. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene to ensure pipeline visibility and quota attainment. Must have Skills Proven experience in outbound/hunting sales with a track record of building and converting pipeline from scratch. Expertise in consultative and value-based selling, especially to mid- and senior-level academic/administrative stakeholders. Excellent discovery, objection handling, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical in higher education institutions. Strong communication and storytelling skills tailored to academic and administrative personas. Ability to conduct impactful product demos that align with customer challenges and outcomes. Excellent written communication for proposal writing and stakeholder follow-ups. Strong forecasting skills and disciplined pipeline hygiene. What Were Looking For 3–8 years of B2B sales experience , ideally in SaaS or HR Tech . A strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment . Experience working in high-growth startup environments is a plus. Why Join Us?
