Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, AWS Services, Microservices, and JBOSS. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, developing, modernizing, and maintaining enterprise applications, with a strong understanding of cloud architecture and scalable software solutions.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• 7+ years of experience in Java development.
• 7+ years of experience in AWS Microservices.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS Services.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with JBOSS.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and API development.
• Knowledge of AI/Kiro technologies.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics.
• Understanding of serverless architecture and containerized applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, BDD, and automated testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient software applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs, and other relevant technologies.
• Modernize existing on-premises and internal PaaS applications by migrating them to AWS.
• Design and implement serverless architecture and cloud-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain industry-standard APIs and integration solutions.
• Design scalable and reliable application architectures, ensuring performance and cost optimization.
• Drive performance improvements through monitoring, metrics, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to security standards, privacy policies, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical debt while maintaining code quality.
• Participate in Agile activities, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Lead code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation and implementation playbooks.
• Support production troubleshooting, application maintenance, upgrades, and patches.
• Participate in the 24/7 on-call support rotation.
