Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Development:

• Lead end-to-end content creation aligned with the companys brand
  voice, communication objectives and strategic narrative.
• Develop long-form and short-form content including articles, blogs, leadership messages, speeches, whitepapers, press statements and website copy.
• Drive thought leadership content by collaborating closely with senior
  leaders and subject matter experts.
• Ensure all content is accurate, research-driven, well-structured and compelling.

  2. Brand Storytelling & Corporate Communication

• Craft narratives that strengthen brand positioning, employer branding and corporate reputation.
• Create campaign copy, messaging frameworks, taglines and storytelling pieces for marketing initiatives.
• Support public relations content, press notes, media quotes, messaging documents and event briefs.

  3. Internal Communication & Culture Building

• Write internal communication material including newsletters,
  announcements, leadership communications, culture stories and engagement campaigns.
• Support HR with content for onboarding, internal events, townhalls, culture campaigns, and employee experience initiatives.

  4. Social Media & Digital Content

• Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and corporate digital channels.
• Draft posts, engagement content and scripts for videos, reels, podcasts and brand stories.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure consistent digital storytelling.

  5. Business & Marketing Collaterals

• Write and refine pitch decks, sales collateral, brochures, business
  presentations, case studies, and impact stories.
• Convert complex business and product information into clear, engaging, audience-friendly narratives.

  6. Awards, Events & External Communication

• Prepare content for award entries, success stories, category narratives and jury documents.
• Support event communication: invitations, scripts, talking points, event descriptions and post-event updates

  7. Editorial Quality & Governance

• Maintain high editorial standards for grammar, clarity, accuracy, tone
  and brand consistency.
• Review and edit content created by junior writers, designers and cross- functional teams.
• Manage deadlines, ensure timely delivery and maintain content quality under pressure.

  Skills & Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or related field (Mandatory).
• 12-15 years of experience in corporate communication, journalism,
  brand writing or content strategy.
• Content writing in IT / ITes is preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong
  command over English.
• Ability to conceptualize and craft compelling narratives, human-interest stories and leadership communication.
• Strong research, interviewing and editorial skills with journalistic rigor.
• Experience writing for senior executives, CXOs or large organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and
  speed.
• Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
