Explain course details such as curriculum, duration, fees, certification, and career opportunities. Convince and convert potential students into admissions. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission or revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. Participate in career seminars, webinars, and promotional activities to generate leads. Stay updated with the latest IT technologies, market trends, and career demands. Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and retention through ongoing engagement and support. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (IT, Computer Science, or Business preferred). 1–4 years of experience as an Education Counselor / Academic Advisor in an IT training. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of popular IT technologies such as Python, Java, Data Science, Full Stack Development, etc. is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a results-driven team.
