The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, processing invoices, and handling payroll. The role also involves preparing tax filings, analyzing financial data, and supporting budget preparation and forecasting. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting practices, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Strong skills in financial reporting, tax preparation, and compliance Experience with payroll processing and budget management Proficient in accounting software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent are a plus Knowledge of real estate industry practices is an added advantage
