Duties & Responsibilities Parking Control:- Actively involved in controlling the parking system. Assisting the supervisor in controlling the parking through proper vigilance at every activity of the Mall through CCTV. CCTV Control:- Responsible for controlling and watching each and every activity through CCTV and informing the responsible person assign for it. Fully reliable for up keeping the maintenance of the CCTV. Maintaining Record:- To Prepare the Summary Sheet of all the incident that have occurred or any events that has occurred during. Responsible for giving a proper handover to the shift manager before leaving the shift. Vigilance of Activities:- Handling all activities to see that any theft case can be resolved through it. Responsible for the Smooth movement of Mall Property, staff Customers, Tenants & their belongings. Responsible to have vigilance through CCTV for the Smooth movement of VIP Security on Special Events
Duties & Responsibilities Maintaining Record:- Responsible for ERP entries of fire and safety related issues. Taking note of the fire Hazards in the mall including outlets. Looking after the deployments, bill & payments of Fire agency. Training to Staff: Arranging training (Fire classes, Bomb threat & Evacuation Mock-drill) classes for staff. Deployments in fire system or in training. Educating the guards regarding security & fire fighting. Security Planning:- Checking of entire fire system and report to HOD on daily basis. Daily maintaining of the stock of the fire equipment. Reviews all system-related Fire & Safety plans throughout the organization. Ensure that the firefighting system is well managed any disfunctioning would be reported directly to the Manager-Security like fire system and alarms are always in working condition. Taking proper round to supervise as in no incident is reported in the Mall Premises. Lost and Found and Scouting the VIP Guests: - Provide a safe & secured environment for guests, tenants & staffs. Handling the parking problems, arranging the VIP escorting /security in absence of Security Officer or Asst. Security Officer. Responsible for the Security of Mall Property, staff Customers, Tenants & their belongings.
