About the job: About the role: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, explaining our product, conducting demos, and successfully closing leads. If you are someone who loves sales, enjoys building relationships, and is target-driven, this role is perfect for you! Key responsibilities: 1. Call and engage with potential customers from inbound & outbound leads. 2. Understand customer requirements, present tailored solutions, and build trust. 3. Conduct online product demos via Zoom/Google Meet. 4. Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead qualification to closing deals. 5. Handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively. 6. Maintain accurate lead and sales records using CRM tools. 7. Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and convert leads. 8. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. 9. Provide feedback to the marketing & product team for improvement. 10. Represent the company professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction. Required skills: Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken). Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Effective presentation & demo delivery skills. Proficiency in using Zoom/Google Meet. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce preferred). Active listening and objection-handling ability. Time management and multitasking skills. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of hitting targets. Good to Have (Preferred Skills): Experience in SaaS/Software/IT product sales. Knowledge of cold calling, cold emailing, and lead qualification. Prior experience with upselling and cross-selling. Basic technical understanding of software solutions.
