Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 6 months of experience required Knowledge of finding the best candidates using job boards, job portals, social media, and other creative methods Ability to establish cooperative and collaborative relationships built on trust Effective and professional communication skills- in writing and speaking. Deep understanding of recruiting process and the ability to recommend improvements Proficiency in English is a must Good people skills and interpersonal skills would be an advantage Willingness to learn and grow with us Roles & responsibilities- Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle Communicating with hiring managers for future job openings and technical requirements for the job Writing and posting job descriptions for relevant platforms Screening applicants according to the job requirements Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews Presenting the resumes of the suitable candidates to the hiring manager Offering job positions and completing the paperwork Keeping track of all applicants and keeping them informed during the whole process Negotiating offers as required/necessary/accordingly
